1. What We Collect & Why
EdAssess helps parents and schools track learning progress. When you register students for assessments, we collect student first names, class levels, and question answers strictly to generate progress reports and practice plans.
2. No Selling or Sharing of Data
We never sell, rent, or trade student test results, parent contact details, or school information to advertisers. Anonymised summary patterns may only be used in educational research with zero personal identifiers.
3. Institutional Access Isolation
School-wide cohort data is cryptographically isolated using PostgreSQL Row Level Security (RLS) and strict tenant boundaries. School educators have access only to enrolled students within their respective arms, and parent accounts are restricted exclusively to their registered wards.
4. Data Retention & Erasure Requests
Academic assessment records are maintained to enable multi-term growth trajectory comparisons across Checkpoints 1, 2, and 3. Parents or school administrators may request complete data purging by contacting privacy@clearpath.ng.
