1. Agreement & Purpose
These Terms of Service apply between you (parent, guardian, or school representative) and EdAssess (operated by ClearPath). Using our assessments, student progress tracking, and dashboard reports means you agree to these terms.
2. Ownership of Materials
All assessment questions, scoring systems, and 4-week practice plans are the property of EdAssess. Questions are aligned with Nigerian curriculum standards and may not be copied, sold, or shared without written permission.
3. Student Assessment Data & Privacy Safeguards
Student performance data collected during diagnostic checks is utilized strictly for educational gap analysis, cohort mastery heatmaps, and personalized intervention generation. We enforce strict role-based access isolation ensuring that student individual records remain accessible solely to verified parents and designated school educators.
4. Fees, Payments & Institutional Cohort Billing
Individual diagnostic tests and termly growth tracking packages are billed at published rates. School cohort bulk packages are subject to written quotation agreements. All electronic payments processed via verified payment partners (e.g. Paystack) are subject to bank settlement confirmation.
